Our recovery-focused session combines targeted stretching, mobility work, and guided relaxation to release tight muscles, improve flexibility, and support faster recovery after training or competition.

The class starts with a short grounding warm-up to connect your breath and body, moves into deep recovery work for tight muscles, and finishes with restorative relaxation to calm your nervous system. It’s practical, performance-oriented recovery — no yoga experience required.
